i have had the pleasure of meeting some really fantastic people through blogging.
amazing people, that along the way have become friends.
friends that share the same obsession passion for creating good, wholesome food as i do.
i want to introduce to you one of these people. melissa from vegan fling is one of the sweetest bloggers i have had the opportunity to befriend.
her blog and recipes are clean cut, simple & straight forward which is one of the things i love most about her space - her pictures are awesome and love her composition.
so head on over to vegan fling and check out my coconut cinna ring with maple glaze which is almost just as amazing as melissa is over at vegan fling - i hope you love her space as much as i do.

Is it possible for you to be any more amazing?? I loved your guest post, and this cinna-ring is giving me some serious cravings. Not to mention, it's gorgeous! Talk about presentation! *love*
ReplyDeleteAww Willow you really know how to make a girl blush - you are a huge inspiration :)
DeleteYou should totally make this cinna ring and eat half of it for breakfast and the other half for lunch...just sayin' its that good!
Willow is right, you really have fabulous recipes and beautiful presentations. I love your blog!
ReplyDeleteThanks Lysa! And I just finally figured out how to follow you and add you to my blogroll!!
DeleteLove the new design of your blog :)
Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful recipe on my blog today. I'm really happy we "met" and can share our love of delicious treats! :)
ReplyDeleteYou are so welcome, it was tons of fun!
DeleteCoconut & cinnamon--yes please! It sounds like the best breakfast ever.
ReplyDeleteTotally an epic breakfast :)
DeleteThis looks beautiful! I can only imagine how delicious those flavors must be together.
ReplyDeleteThank you Alison! The flavors were pretty amazing, although I am a bit paritial to anything warm and goey with cinnamon and the coconust was an added bonus!
DeleteThis looks amazing! I'm a novice with yeast breads, so can you clarify what you mean by "Stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can" ? Like until the dough is a certain stickiness? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteSure thing! Basically you simply stir/knead enough of the reamining flour to make the dough workable and pliable - enough that when mixed the dough pulls away from the side of the mixing bowl - does that help?
DeleteThanks for stopping by :)
Yes, that helps. Thanks!
DeleteBeautiful! This sounds delicious and looks so nice! Must go check out the recipe :)
ReplyDeletei can't wait to check out her blog. Holy cow, that cinna ring looks OUTRAGEOUS! this is the breakfast of dreams:) haha
ReplyDeleteI really wanted to post something in response to this deliciousness buuuuuuut I have no words. Yum.
